Yummy food and big portions! I tried the chicken tacos with Avocado and a beef Gordita. Very good and flavorful. Highly recommend!
Super good! I've had the pollo loco, gorditas, and the lengua guisada. I recommend all of them. The tongue is where it's at though! It's crazy tender with a great beefy flavor. The beans are much better than the stuff out of the can, and the rice was really soft and full of flavor. It had little veggies in it too. I got it delivered on door dash, and I was pleased with the amount of food they put in those take out containers. 10/10
Walked into a legit grocery store thinking for a moment I was in the wrong place but to the far left there was the restaurant i was looking for (same spot). We came for the Sopa de res which was absolutely incredible! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 star was that it took a really long time, and my husband ordered the burrito and got a single taco instead. He said it was fantastic, but was still hungry afterwards. They don't speak any English at all. Not a word. I speak just enough to order but still one of the other customers translated for the girl taking the order and for us which was so nice and helpful. It's a hole in the wall for sure, but eveRyan e there was friendly and the food tasted aaaamazing! Will be back for sure.
BEST carne tacos ever! Food is great, not the nicest place to eat, and usually the limited casual seating (you order up front or on the phone, no table service) is pretty full, but great for take out!
We have been clients since it opened. And we eat Hispanic food all the time because we're Hispanic duh. But we have tasted pretty much all the Hispanic food restaurants in the whole are and more. This place makes the best food, at a great price, and it's a whole lot too. Enough for 2 days! My kids are very picky. They only eat the Pupusas from here. They notice fast if they're from another place and won't eat it. Only the ones from USA Market. Those women work their butts off cooking! And everyone is very nice. But the particular spices and condiments that they use makes all their food taste good. Their condimented raw seasoned flank meat ate excellent on the grill for summer time. And their avocados seem to sell fast because they're lower in price than other places and they are perfectly ripe with no ugly bruising. The original owner sold the place to someone not Hispanic, but this has not affected anything at all. On the other hand it makes it more international and they seem to have learned Spanish too.
